What is the standard warranty period for G.Skill memory modules?
All G.Skill DRAM memory modules come with a limited lifetime warranty. Other products, such as SSDs, power supplies, and gaming peripherals, carry specific limited warranties ranging from 2 to 10 years.
Does G.Skill offer international shipping for direct orders?

What should I do if my memory kit is not reaching its rated XMP/EXPO speeds?
Ensure your motherboard BIOS is updated to the latest version and that you have enabled the XMP or EXPO profile in the BIOS settings. Performance also depends on the capabilities of your CPU's integrated memory controller.
How can I initiate an RMA for a defective product?

Is the RGB lighting on G.Skill products compatible with third-party software?
