We stand behind the quality of our high-performance memory and gaming peripherals with a comprehensive limited lifetime warranty. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or encounter a technical defect, items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Return Process
- 1.Request an RMA
Log in to your account or visit our support portal to submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request with your proof of purchase.
- 2.Secure Packaging
Carefully pack your G.Skill products in their original anti-static packaging and a sturdy outer box to prevent damage during transit.
- 3.Ship to Service Center
Affix the provided RMA label to your package and ship it to our designated regional service center using a trackable shipping method.
- 4.Inspection and Resolution
Once received, our technicians will inspect the hardware and process your replacement or refund within 5-7 business days.
